Look for 207 and 209 Deem Street from the street. The front doors are on the right side of the house, up four steps from the sidewalk and a two-step porch. Free street parking is right out front on Deem Street, and if you let Marion know ahead of time, free off-street parking can also be arranged behind the property.

What is the layout of the suite?

You have the entire two-story Unit 209 suite to yourself. The ground floor includes the living room, dedicated workspace, kitchen, four-seat dining area, and a half bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs is the private bedroom with a queen sleigh bed, two reclining armchairs, a second TV, and the full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Can you accommodate a child or an extra bed?

Yes. In addition to the upstairs queen bed for up to 2 adults, Marion can provide a pack and play, cot, or inflatable mattress on request.

How do the Roku TVs work?

Both the living room TV and the upstairs bedroom TV use Roku Guest Mode. When you turn on the TV, enter your checkout date and feel free to log into Netflix or your favorite streaming apps; Roku automatically signs you out and clears your info at checkout.

What is required at checkout?

Marion believes vacations shouldn't include work, so there is no long list of checkout chores. Just place trash in the kitchen trash can, leave used towels on top of the dryer (no need to wash them), and leave the key on the kitchen table.
